The Directors of Rightplace have taken their combined industry and recruitment experience to formulate a business that eradicates the traditional negative points of using a consultancy, whilst improving upon the benefits. As would be expected every candidate is fully tested and interviewed face-to-face before a shortlist is drawn up. From this shortlist more specific testing is carried out to ensure not only does the candidate have the right qualifications, but they will also fit into the culture of your organisation .

CANDIDATE SERVICES:

We offer a range of temporary, permanent and contract vacancies, and the services we offer are free of charge.

We also offer training on various software packages, as well as numeracy and literacy skills. This can be ongoing and will tie in with free advice on updating your C.V and attending interviews. We will provide all candidates with the guarantee that if we cannot place you we will attempt to refer you.

PERMANENT STAFF

All of our services are offered on a fixed fee basis. You will not pay a penny unless a candidate is successful. On multiple appointment agreements there will be an opportunity to negotiate on fees to ensure you are receiving the best possible value for money.

If the successful candidate leaves within a four week period we will provide a replacement service at no extra cost. We offer a full account management service limiting the number of clients any one account manager can have in their portfolio. This guarantees you help when you need it, in the timescale you need it. All of our candidates are interviewed face-to-face before being put to shortlist.
